when i got this console almost 6 moths ago… i had doubts about the wii, today i know it is the best gaming system, i have nothing but good things to say about this console, for those who are still between this and the others… get wii… xbox360 games? pfff thats what i have my pc for… and dont rrod or sounds like a jet turbine.

Wonderful, absolutely. I love to read, and with the kindle, life is so much easier. Paper books will always have a place in my heart, but having my kindle with me constantly, is delightful.

Like all other people, I read the reviews and was impressed that over 1.5 thousand customers bought this scale, with about 80% 5 stars reviews. So I ordered this one.

But after 1 week’s using, I found the scale is trying to use its memory (last time your weight) to show you if your weight is not much changes. For example, before and after I put on a jacket, the reading is the same; before and after I empty the bowels, the reading is the same. Even before and after 6 hours (I eat and exercise during it), the reading is still the same.

So I have to reset its memory by letting my son stand on it or put a dumbbell on it to get another number, then weight myself again to get a real number that can reflect the weight I’m wearing a jacket or after my bowels are empty. Lift it up and put it down even can’t reset its memory.

Fortunately I am not in a weight lossing program so the “memory” thing is OK to me. But I am disappoint that this scale use such trick to maintain its accuracy.

I could not finish reading this first book. If I finished it I would have lost too much. I would have ended up loving a vampire and looking at him in a strange way. Nah, couldn’t do it. However, this author is nothing compared to J.K. Rowling. Stephanie doesn’t have the element of surprise and sense that J.K. Rowling have in her books. Meyer only knows about disturbing irrational love. I know twilight fans will hate me after this, but I really don’t care. I got Harry Potter fans having my back. And they are a lot more.

Beth Moore chose to delve into the life and times of David, a mere shepherd boy who was chosen to be the leader of Israel. In A HEART LIKE HIS, Moore poses the practical questions as to how a person can be forgiven and restored after sin? How a person can continue to be faithful when nothing seems to be going his way? How can a person find God when feeling lonely? How important is God’s influence on our family?

Moore begins the journey into David’s life in the book of 1 Samuel. She uses several Biblical references and provides background into the trials and tribulations David faced. With God’s assistance, David rose from basic obscurity into a position of amazing power. When he operates outside of God’s will, he makes an unwise decision that will prove to unravel his long reign and have dire consequences on his family. In his earlier times, Moore depicts David who continually seeking God’s guidance and is quick to offer praise to God. Yet, David was a man with a weakness for beautiful women. Although he was married, David enjoyed the attention his power garnered him from the fairer sex. Moore enhances the reader’s understanding of how David’s adulterous conduct with Bathsheba and the murder of her husband cast David out of God’s will. On this subject, Moore states that David had a “far away heart.” It was not until David was “bankrupt in spirit” over the death of his illegitimate son that he repented for his sins. Moore reminds the reader that although God will forgive us of our sins, He will pass judgement on us.

In A HEART LIKE HIS, Moore does a very good job of setting the scene. She takes us back to the beginning even before David had knowledge of the greater things in store for him. The book’s lessons are based mainly on 1 Samuel and 2 Samuel. A HEART LIKE HIS would be a great tool for individual or group study. A Heart Like His

I was optimistic, and I wasn’t let down! My only complaint was that the story was too short, I couldn’t wait to see what Artemis would be up to next. I would not compare this to Harry Potter. This story stands on its own, with plenty of installments to keep you reading and waiting on the next adventure. Always full of surpises, written very well.

This book is really cool w/lots of Info and nice visual format. It covers pretty much everything from basic Linux to managing Linux operations and security. It also has easy-to-understand-diagrammed explanations which approach is quite unique. If you want something different to understand Linux, try this book.

I ordered this scale because my fifteen year old scale had really taken a beating and it was time for an upgrade. The shipping was extremely fast, and I was very, very happy with that. I opened the box, inserted the batteries, and attempted to operate the scale. Unfortunately the batteries had overheated and coroded during shipping, but that is not that fault of the seller, but of the heat during summer. It was an easy fix- I went to the store, purchased some new batteries, and it worked perfectly. The scale is nice looking, accurate, and easy to set up and use. I was very satisfied, and I would recommend this scale above any others.
